Butterfly Beach Villa
A wonderful project, which has helped to unite the past and present, to preserve the charm of history and carry out reconstruction using the latest technologies. All this on a beautiful and stylish Butterfly Beach Villa, located in Santa Barbara. Beautiful beach house in Santa Barbara appeared thanks to the reconstruction of the ranch-style bungalow in the 50s. Now, a luxurious modern house with wonderful atmosphere preserved middle of the last century. The project covers an architectural studio Neumann Mendro Andrulaitis Architects with the help of Allen and Associates.
Architects and designers managed to combine the elegance of classical architecture with modern comfort and ergonomics. New huge windows allow sunlight as much as possible to fill the house, and the remote interior walls and open layout helped create a cozy living area. Sloping roof and exposed beams of the old house, help emphasize the style of the last century and preserve the original atmosphere.
Living room and bedroom are decorated in neutral tones and luxurious. Glass walls, windows and a new exterior including an updated bathroom, created to unite the living area with a stunning landscape outside. The courtyard of the butterfly beach villa has an important role in shaping the overall atmosphere of the housing as a summer dining room looks like a natural extension of stylish cuisine thanks to the gear box.
New metal roof in gray tones with the storm system gives an unusual view of the exterior. Warm lighting turns the property into a beautiful picture in the evenings.
