House interior near Vyborg
House interior in Provence style in a small country, Vyborg near the border with Finland. The owners designed the house themselves.
The furniture in the house is mainly antique, restored by hands master. Since the family owns a small furniture workshop, all the furniture is made there, and some items of furniture found in the bazaars and flea markets. Beautiful wrought iron chests generally was found in the trash, and was restored in their own workshop. Wife of the owner invented the main components, which are formed in the interior house style of Provence. For example, cast iron “legs”, which served as the basis for the stand of the sewing machine. Many details of the owners of the house were brought from foreign voyages, where they always visit the local “flea” markets. For example, from a trip to north of France, they came back with antique silver and lace cape. Beautiful chandelier, perfectly fit into the design of the house interior, went to the family quite by accident: an elderly woman wanted to throw it, but agreed to transfer the chandelier in “good hands”, and now adorns the house interior.
