The Big Sky Lodge – mountain ski resort
The Big Sky Lodge – an object designed by Trufanova Nikita from the Illinois Institute of Technology. The innovative structure takes the example of the musculo-skeletal system. Acts committed during skiing creates an intense and coordinated work of the muscles, similar to that forme by the unique structure of an organic architecture that is installed on mountain ski resort. The concrete structure is adapted to the spatial conditions of the site, and functional programs overlap each other, creating tension and visual spatial coherence.
